Tours cancelled by Cliff-plover due to severe weather, guide illness, or other circumstances receive full refunds or complimentary rescheduling at participant preference.

Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their tour without refund. Participants removed from a tour due to disruptive conduct are not entitled to refunds.
Quebec City tours involve walking on uneven surfaces, navigating stairs, and exposure to weather conditions. Participants should assess their physical capabilities before booking.
By participating in a tour, you acknowledge that walking tours carry inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, and weather-related hazards. You assume all such risks and agree that Cliff-plover is not liable for injuries resulting from normal tour activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliff-plover's liability for any claims arising from tour participation is limited to the amount paid for the specific tour in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to lost profits, travel expenses, or accommodation costs related to tour cancellations or modifications.
